The Service Desk will support all software listed on the Software Download page provided that the software is installed on a computer that meets our minimum requirements and has one of the following operating systems:
- Windows 10 or Later
- MacOS Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey
Operating System Upgrades
The IITS Service Desk does not support new operating system releases until we can confirm that all of our software and services run properly. If you have questions in regards to whether an upgrade is right for your needs, contact Service Desk and they can advise.
Do NOT, under any circumstance, upgrade a lab or classroom computer to a new OS, as this can make or break the software versions installed.
IITS may upgrade computers when clean installations are completed on all public computers during each semester break.

IITS provides college-issued computers for full-time, permanent faculty and staff positions at the College. Please see the list of included software by selecting your office computer:
Software for Personally-Owned Computers
Certain software is available for use on personally owned computers for the duration of time that you’re an active member of the Haverford College community. See Software Downloads.
Students
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for Mac and PC is now available to Haverford students through the College’s license agreement. Visit www.office.com and log in with your Haverford credentials. Once logged in, you should be able to download the Office installer to install on your personal device. If you are having any trouble, feel free to reach out to the Service Desk for assistance.
Faculty and Staff
