How do I reset my password?

Using the Bi-Co Password and Account Management Kiosk

Accessible at accounts.haverford.edu, the kiosk enables members of the Haverford community to reset their password after authenticating with their current username and password.

  1. Enter your college username, which is the first part of your email address, before the "@haverford.edu" domain suffix.
i.e. for email address jdoe@haverford.edu, just enter "jdoe"
  2. Click the checkbox next to I'm not a robot then, after verifying through its interface, click Submit.
  3. Enter your current password in the associated field, then click Submit. You'll receive a confirmation if the password change was successful, or a prompt to use a different password if the one you entered does not meet one or more of the complexity requirements.

What if I don't remember my password?

You can still reset your password if you can't remember your current password by using the SMS Password Reset tool.

When initially prompted for your username, instead click SMS Password Reset in the bottom-left corner of the box.

Enter your Username, Birth Month (MM), and Birth Day (DD) and complete the I'm not a robot prompt, then click Request PIN to automatically generate a PIN that will be sent to the personal email address associated with your account.

If you receive an error, you may not have a personal email address associated with your account. If that's the case, please call the IT Service Desk at (610) 896-1480 or email itservicedesk@haverford.edu and we'd be happy to help!
