How do I reset my password?

Using the Password and Account Management Kiosk

Visit our Password Kiosk at: https://accounts.haverford.edu (alternate link is: https://idm.haverford.edu/portal/dashboard)

If you already know your password

1) Log into the Password Kiosk to reset your password by typing in your username (no @haverford.edu on the end) and the password you currently have. This will then Duo prompt you.

2) Once you have logged in, click on the white square button or the link in the left menu that says My Passwords.

3) This will then lead you to a screen to reset your password.

4) Please allow up to 5 minutes for the password to take effect, as sometimes it can take a few minutes to sync in the system.

What if I don't remember my password? (Using Recovery Email)

You can still reset your password if you can't remember your current password.

1) At the Password Kiosk click on the Forgot Password link right below the username and password fields.

2) Clicking here will lead you through prompts to fully reset your password using a few security questions and then the recovery email address we have on file. The recovery email address will be sent a pin which you will have to enter on screen. It will then allow you to reset your password.

If you receive an error, you may not have a recovery email address (i.e. non-Haverford email address) associated with your account. If that's the case, please call the IT Service Desk at (610) 896-1480 or email itservicedesk@haverford.edu and we'd be happy to help!

3) Please allow up to 5 minutes for the password to take effect, as sometimes it can take a few minutes to sync in the system.
