Voicemail Forwarding

What Is It?

Add a voicemail forwarding to an existing line. It can be configured for Voice to email or call forwarding.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

VOIP services include voicemail.

Where Can I Get It?

Select the "Request Service" button on this page. Your departmental fiscal operator will approve the request before it is carried out.

How Do I Use It?

Once voicemail is added, you will be able to log in to the voicemail box by calling 610-795-3400 and pressing option #. You will be prompted for a password.  Once this is entered, you will be taken through a voicemail setup tutorial.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no cost associated with this service.
