What Is It?
IITS has been implementing VOIP phone lines since 2018 as an alternative to landlines where applicable. VOIP phones are more reliable, less expensive, and have more features. If you or your group would like training on how to use the VOIP service and phones, request it here. Additional information on VoIP can be found here.

How Do I Use It?
In the service request, include what department you belong to, how many people will be attending the training, three tentative dates, and if you plan to reserve a conference room in your department or if IITS should reserve one of their conference rooms.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no fee associated with this service.
