This coming spring Duo will be moving away from the previous interface for our 2 Factor Authentication to a new Universal Prompt. This prompt will still function basically the same as our current prompts, but will have a slightly different appearance.
The main change is that by default, if you use the Duo app on your phone, Duo will automatically attempt to verify your identity through a Push to your device. If you have multiple methods connected to your Duo account, you will need to select Other options and then choose the authentication method you prefer for this login.
